Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional customer service to members, assisting with inquiries, account maintenance, and problem resolution.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with members to promote member satisfaction and loyalty.
- Process financial transactions accurately and efficiently, including deposits, withdrawals, and loan payments.
- Educate members on various financial products and services offered by the organization.
- Identify opportunities to cross-sell additional products and services to meet member needs.
- Assist in fraud prevention and detection by monitoring account activity and reporting suspicious transactions.
- Maintain a thorough understanding of all policies, procedures, and regulations related to Member Services.
Experience:
- Previous experience in customer service or a related field is preferred.
- Knowledge of financial services and products is a plus.
- Familiarity with cash handling procedures and retail math is beneficial.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
- Ability to work well in a team environment.
