WHAT DOES YOUR DAY ENTAIL?

As a full-time Member Service Rep IV - Consumer Lender, you enjoy a Tuesday through Saturday schedule, working 40 hours per week.

Your day begins with assisting members with loan applications and guiding them through the lending process with ease and expertise. As a trusted advisor, you evaluate loan applications, providing tailored solutions to meet each member's unique needs. From discussing loan consolidation options to crafting solutions that bridge financial gaps, you play a crucial role in empowering members to achieve their financial goals. Utilizing leads generated internally and your exceptional relationship-building skills, you find, secure, and close lending opportunities, ensuring positive outcomes for our members. Being a Member Service Rep includes mastery of teller operations, such as: processing banking transactions, such as deposits, withdrawals, and cashing checks, while providing excellent customer service. Your dedication and commitment to excellence shine through as you provide exceptional service, building lasting relationships and contributing to the success of Industrial Credit Union!
