SalaryDo you enjoy working outdoors? We're currently hiring multiple reliable candidates for our local lawn business. Experience is a plus, but we will train enthusiastic individuals! The successful candidate will be reliable, possess great customer service skills, and be able to work independently or as part of a team with a positive attitude in all kinds of outdoor weather, rain or shine.
Pay:
- $18.00+ Starting pay DOE, with room for advancement to crew leader/driver with landscaping experience and leadership ability.
- $25.00 monthly cell phone stipend.
- Paid sick leave.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Mowing, trimming, weed eating, fertilizing, aerating, and dethatching lawns.
- Operate and maintain Lawn Care equipment.
- Pruning, weed pulling, raking leaves, lawn refuse clean ups.
- Ground prep, paver installs, retaining walls, sprinkler repairs, digging, laying sod, picking rocks.
- Ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
- Lifting up to 50 lbs.
- Communicate with team members and customers.
- General labor tasks
Minimum requirements: Applicant must be able to pass a pre-employment drug screening and criminal background check. Must have valid driver's license.
Schedule/hours: General schedule is Mon - Fri or Tues - Sat, 7:30/8:00 am - 4/4:30 pm, with limited possible overtime. Daily schedule is route based and end time may vary.
We also have a part time position open for an individual that can work limited shifts during the general schedule hours.
