The Member Experience Specialist responsibilities are, but not limited to, various clerical duties related to new accounts, CD's, loan department and teller department. Primary duties consist of processing member deposits, withdrawals, loan payments, transfers and related transactions, setting up new accounts, providing general information regarding credit union products and services, policies, and performing routine maintenance on member accounts. Additional duties include loan interviewing, presenting loans to loan officers, and processing and closing loans. Promotes growth of membership and member accounts.
