Melt Team Member - Foundry - 2Nd Shift

Kenosha Steel Castings is looking to hire several individuals ASAP to join our Melt Crew!

Melt Team Members are responsible for, but not limited to, the following:

- Assist in preparing molds for pouring

- Help prepare furnace for melting

- Maintain a safe facility

- Clean and maintain furnace and related equipment

- Operate forklift, skid steer, and overhead cranes

QUALIFICATIONS:

- Melt and/ or previous foundry experience preferred, but not required.

- Must be able to follow written and verbal procedures.

- Must be able to lift and carry 50 lbs.

- Forklift and skid steer experience preferred.

- Must be able to work in very hot or cold temperatures.

SHIFT INFORMATION:

- Monday through Friday

- Weekend work possible as business increases.

- 4:00pm to 12:30am.

- Shift premium of an additional $1.25 per hour on top of normal rate of pay

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $17.00 per hour
