Landscape Team Member

Job Description

Work alongside Team Members to create and execute a variety of landscaping/hardscaping projects (e.g. patios, retaining walls, drainage solutions, grading, etc.). This is a full-time position April-October with the ability to work year round, hours can be flexible, especially during school months. Duties will be given per job and will be overseen by crew leaders. Responsibilities

• Solve unforeseen issues in a timely, effective manner
• Communicate with Team Members
• Follow written and verbal instruction
• Willing to work past hours or occasional weekends
• Address customer questions and concerns
• Maintain and improve upon our reputation

Qualifications

• At least 16 years of age
• Able to lift 75lbs frequently
• Must have a valid driver's license
• Able to commute to La Crosse, WI daily
