Salary1. Provide assistance with medications for residents in accordance with Title 22 RCFE and facility policies during assigned shifts of duty.
2. Responsible for ongoing assessment of physical and mental well-being of residents, reporting of any adverse findings to Administrator and Resident Doctor and Family.
3. Receive and centrally store all medications delivered on your shift. Record start date on centrally stored sheet when starting new medication supply.
4. Charting of routine medications, PRN medications and result of PRN medications given while on duty.
5. Listing of all new med orders on MAR, faxing order to pharmacy and posting on new order sheet in resident chart.
6. Accurate charting on 24-Hour Med Room Log of all information during your assigned shift.
7. Accurate charting of all necessary information on Flex notes in resident chart.
8. Accurate completion of Event Report and / or Unusual Incident Report for any incident occurring during your assigned shift. Unusual Incident Report must have front page completed for every resident that is hospitalized when sent to ER on your shift.
9. Assist Caregivers with duties as needed during shift.
10. Assist Caregivers with resident care, transportation to and from meals and assistance in serving meals when needed.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $19.00 - $21.00 per hour
