Job Summary and Qualifications
Under the direction of the Environmental Services Director and Supervisor, as an EVS Technician you will maintain assigned patient and non–patient areas in a clean and sanitary condition. - You will perform specialized cleaning tasks which involve operating heavy duty equipment and using special cleaning equipment such as low and high-speed buffers, carpet extractors, vacuums, floor scrubbers, etc.
- You will use a variety of cleaning devices and solutions in performance of job responsibilities
- You will performs assigned project work
- You will support the distribution and pickup of biohazard barrels, distribution of clean linen, pickup of soiled linen and the pickup of garbage as needed
What qualifications you will need:
- High School diploma or equivalent preferred
- Two years of commercial industry floor experience required
