- Location: Work from home 100%
- 3 weeks of training on video required
- Hours: 8 am - 5 pm
- Must pass background check and drug screen.
Job Duties:
- Handling Medicaid and Medicare Enrollment activities.
- Evaluate basis of their quality (as measured by the monitoring of recorded calls), their productivity, their accuracy of information and their attendance and punctuality
- Responsible for compliance with all laws and regulations related to the conduct of our business including following all HIPAA guidelines and procedures
- Quality Customer Service
- Provides accurate information in a helpful, collaborative manner to callers through thorough knowledge of End Client products, policies and procedures.
- Inquiries to be made primarily by telephone but also through written format (email, mail, fax, etc.)
- Captures and documents customer feedback
- Receives, resolves and routes complaints as defined by department policy, procedures and guidelines.
- CSRs handles calls regarding claim status, appeal status, eligibility and benefits, referral and authorizations.
Basic Qualifications - Requirements
-6 months of enrollment activities for Medicare or Medicaid
-1 year of healthcare terminology
-1 year of Customer Service experience in a Medical Office, Hospital Setting or Health insurance company.
-1 year of computer experience with Windows PC apps and Microsoft Office applications
-1 year of work from home experience
-High Speed Internet required to work from home, 40 MBPS min.
-A quiet, interruption-free workspace. (will be asked to show your home workspace during the interview).
-Verifiable High School Diploma or GED
Preferred Requirements
-1 year of a experience with managed care or health insurance
-1 year of experience in the healthcare field
