Medical Transcriptionist

Overview:
We are seeking a skilled Medical Transcriptionist to join our team. As a Medical Transcriptionist, you will play a crucial role in accurately transcribing medical reports and documents. Responsibilities:
- Transcribe medical reports, dictations, and other healthcare-related documents
- Ensure accuracy and completeness of transcribed documents
- Review and edit transcriptions for grammar, punctuation, and spelling errors
- Maintain confidentiality of patient information
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals to clarify any unclear or ambiguous dictations
- Follow established guidelines and protocols for transcription
- Manage and organize electronic files and documents

Requirements:
- Proficient in medical terminology, anatomy, and physiology
- Excellent typing skills with a high level of accuracy
- Strong attention to detail and ability to spot errors or inconsistencies
- Familiarity with medical office procedures and practices
- Knowledge of transcription software and tools
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $15.00 - $20.00 per hour
