ENTRY LEVEL INSURANCE REP (No Certification Needed)

Salary: $17.00 - $22.00 USD/hour (Paid Training)

Job Highlights:

• Perform patient level benefits verifications for major medical and pharmacy benefits plans.
• Coordinate prior authorizations following payer guidelines and regulations.
• Assess patient eligibility for participation in accordance with program guidelines.
• Communicate patient eligibility to patients, healthcare providers, and consignment pharmacies.
• Provide exceptional customer service by answering inbound calls, addressing questions, and resolving issues.
• Report Adverse Events and Product Complaint inquiries following standard operating procedures.
• Actively contribute to the company's continuous improvement by providing feedback on service failures and customer concerns.

Requirements:

• 1+ years of experience in the healthcare industry or strong customer service focus.
• Medical/Healthcare experience of some kind is preferred.
