SalaryWe're looking to hire a full-time Medical Scribe/Technician to work in our busy Wound Management physician office in Glendale, Arizona. This is a great opportunity to gain hands-on clinical experience if your future education goals are in the Medical Field: Pre-Med, Medical School, Physician Assistant, Nursing, Podiatry, or other healthcare related field. Our scribes are present in exam rooms with the Providers scribing the patient's history, physical exam, documenting wound care orders, and in-office procedures. Our scribes also participate in group hands-on training and direct patient care.
Medical Terminology course completion, quick accurate typing, and the ability to be flexible are musts. The role is fast paced so attention to detail is important. The ideal candidate will be available to start ASAP and has prior scribing experience. Our office treats patients Monday- Friday from 7:00am - 5:00pm but the role could be flexible to work 8 or 10-hour shifts for a total of 40-hours each week.
