- Documentation; Accurately transcribe patient interactions, medical histories, physical examinations, and treatment plans into the electronic medical record system.
- Real-time Assistance: Accompany physicians during patient appointments, documenting information in real-time and facilitating a seamless workflow.
- Medical Terminology: Possess a strong understanding of medical terminology, anatomy, and cardiology-specific terms to ensure accurate documentation.
- Data Entry: Enter patient information, test results, prescriptions, and other relevant data into the EMR system.
- Organization: Maintain organized and detailed records, ensuring all relevant medical information is captured appropriately.
- Communications: Collaborate with healthcare providers and other medical staff to ensure accurate and complete documentation.
- Chart Review: Regularly review patient charts to identify discrepancies, missing information, or incomplete documentation.
- Privacy Compliance: Adhere to HIPAA regulations and maintain patient confidentiality while handling sensitive medical information.
- Medical Knowledge: Stay updated with cardiology-related medical advancements and treatments to ensure accurate documentation.
- Training and Education: Participate in ongoing training and education to improve documentation skills and keep up with industry changes.
Must have previous scribe experience.
Must have availability Tuesdays, Thursdays, and Fridays
