Medical Scribe

We are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated individual to join our team as a part time Medical Scribe. As a Medical Scribe, you will work closely with healthcare providers to accurately document patient encounters. The position offers valuable experience in healthcare.

Responsibilities:

* Accurately document patient medical histories, symptoms, physical exam findings, and treatment plans in EHR under the supervision of healthcare provider.

* Ensure confidentiality and compliance with healthcare regulations in all documentation processes.

* Collaborate with healthcare team members to optimize workflow and enhance patient care delivery.

Skills:

· Microsoft word proficiency

· Proficient typing and data entry.

· Ability to transcribe medical information accurately and efficiently.

· Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask.

· Strong communication skills both written and verbal.

· Commitment to maintaining patient confidentiality and adhering to HIPAA regulations.
