Summary:
Healthcare scribe plays a crucial role in supporting healthcare providers by documenting patient encounters, assisting with administrative tasks, and ensuring accurate medical records
Responsibilities:
Candidate must have previously Medical Scribe experience in a fast paced environment.
Scribes accompany healthcare providers during patient examinations, procedures, and consultations, assisting with tasks such as taking notes, recording vital signs, and preparing equipment and supplies.
Scribes enter patient information into electronic health records (EHR) systems, ensuring that all data is recorded accurately and in compliance with regulatory requirements.
Assist healthcare providers with clinical tasks such as specimen collection, wound care, or patient education under the supervision of licensed professionals.
