Our staff and owner (a speech pathologist herself) have dedicated themselves to positioning our clinics in Coppell, Hurst, Fort Worth, Frisco, Southlake, and Stephenville as premier providers of pediatric speech therapy, occupational therapy, and audiology in North Texas.

Seeking a friendly personality with excellent customer service skills, prior experience in insurance verification, and answering multiple phone lines. Key responsibilities will include:

1. Answering incoming calls with a pleasant phone voice.

2. Responding to Doctor referrals promptly.

3. Verifying Insurance benefits.

4. Contacting families to communicate insurance benefits clearly.

5. Scheduling families across 6 locations and multiple disciplines.

Ideally, this person has a stable work history, medical insurance experience, is highly detailed with a professional demeanor, good aptitude, a strong work ethic, and the ability to work independently.

Will consider a flexible 32-40 hours per week. Required to work Monday and Friday from 9:00 am-5:00 pm.-

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $16.00 - $18.00 per hour
