Beloit Health and Rehab is looking for a highly motivated and energetic Medical Records Receptionist to join our team to cover a leave of absence for 3 weeks with the possibility to extend or temp to hire. As the Medical Records Receptionist, you will be responsible to maintain and ensure complete medical records are in accordance with the Federal and State guidelines, as well as the facilities policies and procedures. Additionally, support in managing and ordering the facility's supplies, support the office management team with various projects, manage multi-line telephones, and performing a variety of projects.
This position is Full-Time Days with rotating weekends.
Requirements:
- 1+ year of experience in data entry or office support
- Prior experience in Healthcare or similar setting is strongly preferred
- Strong communications skills (oral and written)
- Outstanding customer service skills
