SalaryOverview:
We are seeking a diligent and detail-oriented Quality Assurance Analyst to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring compliance with regulatory standards and quality assurance protocols in Substance abuse and mental health facilities. This role involves meticulous review of Medical Records using KIPU, as well as conducting site visits for the Department of Health Care Services (DHCS) and The Joint Commission. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in maintaining the highest standards of care and ensuring the well-being of patients in our facilities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Review and analyze Medical Records of patients in Substance abuse and mental health facilities using KIPU software.
- Conduct thorough assessments to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal quality assurance standards.
- Identify areas for improvement and provide recommendations to enhance the quality of care and services.
- Collaborate with facility staff to address any deficiencies or gaps in compliance.
- Prepare detailed reports documenting findings, observations, and recommendations for corrective actions.
- Participate in site visits conducted by the Department of Health Care Services (DHCS) and The Joint Commission.
- Assist in the development and implementation of policies and procedures to maintain compliance with regulatory agencies.
- Stay updated on changes in regulations and standards relevant to Substance abuse and mental health facilities.
- Provide training and support to staff members on compliance-related matters.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $3,000.00 - $4,000.00 per month
