Job Summary:
Stonebrook Healthcare Center are seeking an experienced Medical Records Director for our facility in Concord, California. The Medical Records Director will be responsible for managing and overseeing all facets of Medical Records operations, including those related to compliance, electronic filing, accuracy, and document retention in accordance with all state and federal regulations.

Responsibilities
• Ensure the completion and accuracy of all Medical Records in accordance with applicable state and federal regulations
• Oversee all facets of Medical Records operations, including electronic filing, document retention, personnel management and compliance of records
• Ensure accurate completion, documentation, tracking and filing of all Medical Records
• Develop and implement processes and procedures to ensure records are maintained in accordance with all applicable laws and regulations
• Train and develop staff to ensure the accuracy and efficiency of Medical Records operations
• Analyze and report Medical Records for quality improvement
• Maintain confidentiality of all patient records
Requirements
• Proficiency with electronic Medical Records systems
• Ability to analyze data, identify issues and create solutions
• Excellent leadership, organizational, and communication skills
• Ability to work effectively with all levels of staff
