- Education: Associates Degree
- Certification: RHIA, RHIT, CPC
- Experience: Min. 2 years coding

What you will do:
- Assign ICD-10-CM and/or CPT-4 codes and appropriate modifiers to outpatient types for all facility coding.
- Assigns appropriate CPT codes for infusions and injections.
- Adheres to NorthShore University HealthSystem Coding Policies & Procedures.
- Abstract pertinent information from patient record.
- Analyze, review, and resolve claims and edits.
- Compliantly follows billing guidelines for Medicare and other payers.
- Handle patient information with discretion and integrity.
- Completes all other duties as assigned.
