Job description

Full time position with excellent benefits! The Laurey Attendant is responsible for cleaning, sorting, folding and re-stocking all linen, consumer clothing, donated clothing, and other textile items. Responsible for the maintenance of laundry equipment and supplies. Below are the tasks required:

1. Collect all soiled linen and clothing items
2. Sort all items into organized laundry bags to prevent items getting lost
3. Wash and dry all laundry items following proper sanitization protocols
4. Sort and fold all laundry items and place into organized containers to prevent items from getting lost
5. Clean and maintain laundry room areas, storages, and equipment at all times
6. Keep a current inventory of bed linens, towels, pillows, pillow cases, clothing, laundry detergents, and materials.
7. Coordinate with the float techs to keep current the client clothing items systems
8. maintain and replace as needed, clothing bag label identifiers
9. Assist in searching for lost client clothing items
10. Report equipment issues in need of repair
11. Ensure C3 open beds are cleaned/sanitized and made up with fresh linens
12. Process, clean, and sort all clothing donations

Requirements:

Must be a high school graduate or have HS equivalent

Time management physical stamina to work standing for long periods of time Good organizational skills Effective communication Detail oriented ability to lift heavy objects

This job is classified as a “safety-sensitive” position as defined by the Oklahoma Medical Marijuana and Patient Protection Act. Experience

Required
  • Previous commercial laundry experience

Education

Preferred
  • High School or better
