ENT & Allergy Specialists is currently looking for a Medical Receptionist. The Medical Receptionist is responsible for creating a positive first impression and helping to provide patients with the best possible experience.

- You would work at one of our offices in Ft. Thomas, KY, Edgewood, KY, Florence, KY, or Lawrenceburg, IN
Medical Receptionist Job Responsibilities:
- Be the friendly face of the practice – greet patients, answer phones, and create a warm and welcoming environment.
- Multi-task
- Use electronic medical records.
- Handle a variety of administrative tasks.
- Turn patient calls into appointments.
- Handle insurance verifications and accept payments.
- Perform other administrative duties for the office - We will show you how!
Medical Receptionist Qualifications:
- Excellent interpersonal skills are a must.
- 1 year of medical office experience preferred, though not required.
- Experience with patient registration, insurance eligibility, authorizations and familiarity with medical terminology is preferred, though not required.
- Ability to handle a busy office with interruptions, calls, walk-ins.
