Medical Office Scheduler - Dupont Office/Remote

We're hiring Medical Schedulers! CNA's, MA's, LPN's, Pharmacy Tech's, and Unit Secretaries are encouraged to apply: The job duties include:

• Answer queued calls from patients and others to schedule appointments, for the office and ancillary services
• Rescheduling appointments
• Serve as the communication liaison between the patients and the clinical team
• Excellent customer service skills and computer skills
• Ability to multi-task and handle phone calls efficiently
• Previous experience in a medical setting or medical call center helpful
• Previous experience with enrollment in patient portal
• Previous experience with Mitel or similar phone system

Remote option is available for this role after a four-week training program. Applicants must reside in Louisville, Kentucky or Southern Indiana.
