Growing Prosthetic Practice is currently seeking a full-time employee as a Medical Office Receptionist
We are looking for someone who is experienced in a Medical Office, detail oriented, organized, able to multi-task, reliable, friendly and trustworthy.

Office Hours are Monday through Friday 8am to 5pm
Responsibilities and Duties
Scheduling Appointments
Confirming Appointments
Use of EMR system to enter patients demographics and prescriptions
Check patients in and out of appointments
Collect Co-insurance payments
Verify insurance eligibility and benefits
Request and follow up on insurance authorizations
Request information from referring physicians
Document all interactions with patients in charts
Scanning, faxing, copying
Answering phones, retrieving messages
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
