Ally Endocrinology is a medical practice seeking a skilled and experienced Medical Office Manager to oversee the daily operations of our healthcare facility. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing and supervising a team of medical staff, including doctors, nurses, and administrative personnel. The Medical Office Manager will also be responsible for managing patient care and ensuring that our medical practice operates efficiently and effectively.
Responsibilities:
- Manage medical staff, policies, and procedures for a healthcare facility
- Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and laws
- Coordinate patient care, appointments, procedures, and billing
- Maintain accurate and secure medical records
- Manage inventory of medical supplies and equipment
- Identify areas for improvement in patient care and operational efficiency
- Communicate effectively with patients, staff, and other healthcare providers
- Manage budget and financial resources
- Bachelor's degree in healthcare administration or a related field required
- At least 5 years of experience in healthcare management required
- Strong leadership, interpersonal, analytical, and communication skills required
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and medical practice management software
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in healthcare administration or a related field
- At least 5 years of experience in healthcare management, including experience managing medical staff and overseeing the daily operations of a medical practice
- Strong knowledge of healthcare regulations and laws, including HIPAA regulations
- Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate and manage a diverse team of medical staff
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify areas for improvement in patient care and operational efficiency
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $18.00 - $23.00 per hour
Expected hours: No less than 30 per week
