Medical Office Assistant/Receptionist

We are a growing Mental/Behavioral Health Outpatient office seeking a passionate and committed office personnel who believes in making difference.

Medical Office Assistant performs multi-task including greeting and assisting onsite clients, collecting payments, check in and check out clients, scheduling appointments, answering, returning and making phone calls to clients, following up with patients, verifying clients' insurance benefit, implementing and organizing filling system, and assist doctors and nurses and other clinical staff making sure office is run smoothly.

Needs to be able to work shifts that can end at 6:30pm on weekdays and rotate Saturday shift.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $17.00 - $19.00 per hour

Education:

• High school or equivalent (Preferred)

Experience:

• Customer Service: 1 year (Preferred)
• Computer Skills: 1 year (Preferred)
