About the Practice
At the Fraum Center for Restorative Health, we provide patients with the treatment and resources they need to reduce pain and get back to living a life they love. Our services range widely to include only holistic approaches to healing and well-being, offering advanced chiropractic, restorative, and aesthetic treatments to get to the root of the issue causing the patients symptoms.
Duties
- Greet and check-in patients upon arrival
- Schedule and confirm appointments
- Answer phone calls and direct them to the appropriate staff members
- Maintain patient records and update information as necessary
- Prepare examination rooms for patient visits
- Take and record vital signs, medical histories, and other relevant patient information
- Assist healthcare providers with various procedures and treatments
- Ensure the cleanliness and organization of the office environment
Skills
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Proficient in using phone systems and other office equipment
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in recordkeeping
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Knowledge of medical terminology and basic medical procedures
- Familiarity with electronic health record (EHR) systems is a plus
- Ability to maintain patient confidentiality and adhere to HIPAA regulations
