Job Title: Medical Office Assistant

General Summary of Duties: The Medical Office Assistant, under the supervision of Dr. Jellison and Dr. Reicherter, is responsible for checking patients in and taking vital signs and a variety of administrative duties.

Job Qualifications:

• Ability to maintain records and record test results
• Ability to take vital signs
• Filing charts and patient paperwork
• Comfortable making phone calls
• Experienced using Google Drive and spreadsheets
• Knowledge of medical practice and care
• Knowledge of common safety hazards and precautions
• Proficiency in operating a laptop and keyboard
• Respecting and maintaining the privacy and dignity of the patients
• Strong interpersonal skills

Job Requirements:

• Must dress business casual or wear scrubs
• Must show up on time and ready to work
• Must maintain professionalism under all circumstances
• Hardworker and willing to be flexible if needed
