Medical Office Assistant

We are looking for a detail-oriented and organized Medical Office Assistant to aid administration with day-to-day tasks. The ideal candidate should be a hard-working professional and able to undertake a variety of office support tasks and work diligently under pressure.

Job Responsibilities:

• Answer Phone Calls in a profession and courteous manner.
• Send out phone messages to providers as needed.
• Take charge of monitoring incoming Faxes
• Answer emails and other electronic messages as required
• Review incoming orders and assign to correct provider
• Copy and scan documents
• Other duties as assigned

Requirements & Skills:

• Previous Medical Office experience preferred
• Computer Skills (Microsoft office, Word, Excel,& PowerPoint)
• Good communication
• Professional attitude

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $15.00 - $18.00 per hour
