Medical Front/Phones

We are looking for a candidate with previous Medical Reception experience, who has a passion for patient care. Greet patients, schedule appointments, and maintain records and patient accounts. Collect copays and apply them to correct patient accounts. Answer calls professionally. Ensuring patients and/or messages are routed to the correct person/department. Call patients for reminder appointments or rescheduling. Must have excellent customer service and computer skills. May consider candidates with a clerical office background.

$19-$24 to start

Monday, Tuesday, and Thursday 6:30 am to 5 pm

Wednesday and Friday 6:30 am to 1 pm

Duties:

• Checking patients in/out
• Must be professional
• Verifying patient information and insurance on the computer
• Scan into chart
• Collect co-pays
• Able to handle multiple tasks with constant interruptions
• Scan documents
• Phones
• Scheduling
• Other duties as assigned
• Good with problem-solving
• Great customer service and it is preferred to have medical front desk experience.
• Must be dedicated, dependable, and a team player.

Must be able to pass criminal background checks, drug screen and current reference checks. Must be at least 18 to apply.
