JOB SUMMARY:
- Patient Registration
- Appointment scheduling
- Check-in and Check out
- Collection of copays, deductibles, and past-due balances
- Answer phones
SKILLS:
- Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to work independently.
- Positive outlook and upbeat personality.
- Detail-oriented, meticulous.
- Ability to multitask.
EDUCATION:
- High School Diploma or equivalent (required).
REQUIREMENTS:
- Minimum of one plus years of medical or dental front desk experience.
- Use of computers and electronic health record software programs.
- Flexible work schedule.
- Reliable transportation
SCHEDULE: *subject to change based on practice needs
- Monday 8:30a-6:30p
- Tuesday 8a-4:30p
- Wednesday 8:30a-5p
- Thursday 8:30a-5:30p
- Friday 8:30a-4:30p
