SalaryWe are a well-established pediatric and adolescent medical office. The ideal candidate will have strong customer service skills, ability to work well with others, strong attention to detail, prior computer experience and the ability to multi-task. This job opening will require 2 full days per week (8:00 am - 5:00 pm) and Saturday rotation (8:00 am- 12:00 pm). Candidate must have flexibility with weekday availability, as work schedules change monthly.
Responsibilities of this position will include but are not limited to:
1) Answering phones
2) Scheduling appointments
3) Updating patient registration information
4) Collecting co-payments, deductibles and balances
5) Preparing patient charts
6) Confirming patient appointments via call reminders
7) Maintaining confidentiality of all patient information
8) Performing check-out charge entry/end of day balancing
9) Performing other duties as assigned
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: From $16.50 per hour
Expected hours: 16 – 20 per week
