Our client urgently seeks a Medical Director/Doctor to supervise medical procedures, including bone marrow procedures, administer joint injections, conduct orthopedic-focused exams, and see patients in an outpatient setting.
Position Details:
- The candidate must be licensed to practice medicine in Ohio and must believe in the potential of regenerative therapies to help patients avoid surgery and pain medications (training provided).
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills are essential, as well as the ability to work effectively with the team and patients.
- The candidate must have knowledge of clinical operations and procedures, current principles, methods, and procedures for delivering medical evaluation, diagnosis, and treatment in an area of expertise.
Job Duties and Responsibilities:
- The candidate will provide direct patient care, including physical examinations, evaluations, assessments, and diagnoses.
- They will also be responsible for supervising the medical staff of mid-level providers and assistants and ensuring that they follow established policies, procedures, continuous quality improvement objectives, and safety, environmental, and infection control standards.
- An added advantage would be having experience with BMAC.
Details and Compensation:
- The job requires the candidate to work six days per month, specifically Mondays and Thursdays, at the clinic in Youngstown, Ohio.
- Additionally, they are required to attend a 2-day training class.
- The compensation offered for this position is $6,000 per month, with the possibility of earning a bonus based on clinic performance.
