Traveling Director of Nursing (DON) - LTC - APPLY TODAY!!

Locations: Throughout the Northwest, Ohio Region

*Salary: $100K-$115K per year (depending on experience)

Responsibilities:

• Provide effective nurse management (hiring, development, training, performance feedback, etc.) that assures utilization of personnel to best meet the needs of the people receiving supports and services.
• Develop and implement health care related training that assures the best possible delivery of health related supports and services.
• Review training at least annually and makes modifications as needed.

Requirements:

• Must have current Ohio RN License
• Must have prior Director of Nursing experience
• Must have strong clinical background & knowledge
• Must have long term care experience
• Must be willing to travel
