As a Medical Customer Service Representative, you will play a part in enhancing the client experience for our company by managing client relations.
Business Hours: Monday - Friday, 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM
Location: 986 Tibbetts Wick Rd, Girard, OH 44420

As a Medical Customer Service Representative, you will:
- Communicate with clients and caregivers.
- On-board clients and caregivers.
- Take the lead on handling and tracking client/caregiver issues.
- Be able to problem solve and effectively communicate with clients.
- Interview and match caregivers.
- Take the lead on credentialing caregivers.
- All other duties assigned.
Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent
- Experience in a Home Healthcare setting, preferred.
- Must be literate and able to maintain simple records, in English.
- Must have a criminal background check.
Job Conditions:
- This is a desk position that involves sitting, standing, stooping, and walking as well as an inordinate amount of telephone communication.
- This position requires minimal lifting.
- One must be able to adequately hear on the telephone, with no more than an amplifier and be able to communicate both verbally and in writing, in English.
- You must be extremely organized and detail oriented.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Tech savvy.
