The Opportunity
As a Medical Billing Specialist for our Urgent Care Clinics, you will play a crucial role in managing our patient payments. You will be the primary leader on communications and helping to resolve discrepancies to optimize the financial state of ConvenientMD.

Your Impact
- Perform daily posting of patient payments to the practice management system
- Maintain detailed listing of all payments that have been or need to be processed
- Manage and monitor email communications concerning patient balances
- Monitor and send patient statements and letters concerning past due balances
- Respond & resolve patient inquiries regarding their payments on accounts
- Comply with all company directives to include patient privacy initiatives as well as employee safety
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure all responsibilities associated with the role are fulfilled
Who You Are
- Education: You possess a high school diploma
- Experience: You have 2+ years in accounting, Medical Billing, or related field
- Ability to Commute: Reliable transportation to commute to our corporate HQ office Monday – Friday in Portsmouth, NH
- Excellent Team Player: You enjoy collaborating with others and being a part of a strong team dynamic
- Exceptionally Detailed with Strong Time Management Skills: Must be able to manage multiple priorities, meet deadlines & pay attention to detail
- Tech Savvy: Proficient with spreadsheets, databases, and practice management applications
