LHH Recruitment Solutions is seeking a Medical A/R Billing Specialist for our healthcare client in Tempe, AZ looking tohire immediately. This is a full-time, onsite opportunity and a contract opportunity with the intention of helping our client complete a large project.
This role will be focused specifically on accounts receivable and will need to be detail-oriented and organized, as well as have strong communication skills in order to work efficiently to help complete this project.
Responsibilities

• Manage the A/R process for outstanding claims, including claim submission, payment posting, denial management and follow-up
• Review and correct claim errors and rejections to ensure timely reimbursement
• Identify and resolve billing issues and discrepancies
• Communicate with insurance carriers, patients, and healthcare providers to resolve outstanding claims
• Maintain accurate patient and insurance information in the billing system
• Generate reports and analyze data to identify trends and opportunities for process improvements

Skills

• Ability to analyze and problem-solve independently
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Able to adapt quickly, prioritize, and remain organized throughout the day
• Experience EMR/EHR and Microsoft Office
• Exceptional customer service, written, and verbal communication skills

Experience

• High School Diploma or equivalent required
• Minimum 3 years of experience in A/R billing or similar role required
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and EMR/EHR required

Compensation

• $20-24/hour
• 3-month Contract Opportunity
• Monday-Friday, 8a-5p
