We are a privately owned medical office specializing in ophthalmology. Wake Ophthalmology is collaborative, and fast-paced and our goal is to hire an enthusiastic master of billing and coding! We are looking for a certified biller and coder with a natural work ethic and family friendly demeaner.
Salary range is negotiable and will depend on your experience.

Responsibilities:
- Submit medical and billing data to insurance companies via PM or direct through payer portal.
- Resolve any billing discrepancies, follow up on unpaid claims.
- Check eligibility benefits for Ophthalmology services.
- Work on A/R
- Review patient billing and answer patient questions.
- Collaborate with other staff members to ensure a smooth billing process.

Pay: $18.00 - $23.00 per hour
