About The Job

Join our team as a Medical Billing and Coding Program Coach to help students complete their self-paced Medical Billing and Coding Program Bootcamp. You will be conducting 5 On-Demand Coaching Sessions with the students which will be scheduled through Zoom. The objectives of each coaching session include addressing student queries, assessing student progress, testing their knowledge, providing practical examples, and gathering feedback for the Support & Product Teams.

Qualification

• Knowledge in the following streams:
• Surgical Procedures and Techniques
• Sterile Techniques and Infection Control
• Surgical Instruments and Equipment
• Patient Care and Safety
• Operating Room Setup and Organization
• Anatomy and Physiology
• Surgical Technology Practices and Ethics
• Surgical Technology Skills.
• Medical Terminologies
• Current Advances and Best Practice
• Understanding of relevant certifications, best practices to prepare, and skills required
• We currently offer NCCT TS-C by NCCT

Experience

• Experience in course development, preferably for an online program / bootcamp
• Relevant teaching/coaching/mentoring experience
• Knowledge on teaching methods and resources
• Certified in the relevant field with 5+ years of practical work experience
• Experience as a professional in the relevant field

Responsibilities:

• Understand the program outline and curriculum
• Coach students who schedule the session with you (helping them with their questions & concerns as the entire program is self-paced but the students must take 5 mandatory coaching sessions during the entire bootcamp)
• Conduct office hours (30 mins session) once a month where any students can come with their queries
• Be available on Slack to answer any questions asked by the students on weekly basis
• Share any relevant inspiring / relevant / helpful content to the students via Slack to engage them
• Give your feedback on the program wherever needed
• Support the team in finding experienced professionals in the industry to Interact with the students to motivate them
• Video Development for the important topics covered under the program

(If needed)

• Open to getting listed publicly as a Coach/Instructor for HTA's relevant program

• Strong attention to detail, organizational skills and ability to design the program with clarity

Technical Knowledge

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, sheets etc.)
• Experienced with relevant Tech platforms (LMS, Zoom, SharePoint and more)
