Apply payments from insurance companies
Request authorizations from insurance companies for supplies
Handling customers questions regarding payments/insurance via phone and/or in person
Phone doctors offices regarding prescriptions
Must be able to type with minimal errors.
After initial training, must be able to work independently.
Billing systems Brightree and Navinet experience a plus.
Bilingual a plus.
