SalaryWe are looking for an organized and experienced Medical Biller & Credentialing Associate to fulfil this new role within our growing organization.
The successful individual must have prior experience and working knowledge of EMR systems, be well-versed in billing software, and medical insurance regulations, ICD-10 Codes, insurance transmissions and be comfortable with communicating with patients and business vendors alike.
You will be responsible for transferring patient and insurance information, obtaining insurance authorizations and initiating payment processing and procedures. The Medical Biller will also uphold complete confidentiality while being responsible for maintaining patient records, handling personal information, and accurately inputting patient data into the system.
