Responsibilities and duties include but are not limited to:
Healthcare revenue cycle functions: billing, insurance follow-up, etc
• Training new employee’s and clients on eClinicalworks.
• All coordination between client’s needs and company operations.
• Maintaining and updating company’s Standard Operating Procedures
• Limited auditing of data entry, collection efforts and correct usage of codes and modifiers
• Maintains work operations by following policies and procedures; reporting compliance issues.
• Maintains quality results by following standards.
