Job Description
We are hiring two medial assistant positions see below and one front office position type. If you are not sure which position best fits your skills, we can review your experience with you to determine the best fit for your skills and future goals.
- Medical Assistants will be expected to assist in assessing patients’ health conditions. This includes performing triage, routine diagnostic testing during appointments, phlebotomy, as well as supporting in office surgical procedures and pap smears.
- The Pareto Clinic Medical Assistant also has the authority to order tests such as blood work, mammograms, colonoscopies and renew medications based on established protocols.
Quality Medical Assistant (Chronic Care Management Practitioner- CCMP):
- Ideal position if you have experience working with quality measures and enjoy using data and process improvement to impact patients.
- This position focuses on specific quality measures (for example: colonoscopies, mammograms, and medication adherence). You will work directly with the medical director to close gaps.
- You will also have the opportunity to coordinate care for patients that have been admitted to the Emergency Room or have been recently hospitalized.
Front Office Specialists (Patient Engagement Specialist):
- Front Office Specialists will work closely and collaboratively with their teammates to greet and room Pareto Clinic patients.
- Work with patients to ensure eligibility and collect patient payments.
- Answer calls and coordinate care of patients with the team.
- Positive attitude with a desire to grow professionally.
- 1-year Medical Assistant experience required for Quality MA position.
- Certification is not required.
- CPR Certification is required.
- EMR experience and proficiency requested. Athena Health experience preferred.
- Strong communication skills and customer service orientation
- Demonstrates problem-solving skills, accountability, and a flexible, positive attitude.
