Medical Assistant

Highly respected, well-established Allergy & Asthma practice serving the South Bay for over 30 years seeks a Medical Assistant to join our friendly and dynamic team of professionals.

• Must be willing and able to work at either our Torrance or El Segundo office.

Job duties and tasks:

• Clinical tasks include administering allergy shots and biologic injections; applying allergy skin tests, performing spirometry tests, rooming patients, and conducting patient education. Specific allergy & asthma experience is not required, we will train the right person. Experience administering injections is highly desireable.
• Administrative duties include light scheduling, light phones, and assigning documents to the patient's medical records.
• General duties include cleaning and stocking exam rooms.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $20.00 - $23.00 per hour

Expected hours: 16 – 40 per week
