Medical Assistant ( Remote)

Signallamp Health is looking for motivated Medical Assistants to work with us!

Responsibilities and Duties:

• In this remote position, your responsibilities include entering patient data into files, maintaining a database of records, scheduling appointments for patients, and collecting information for patient health assessments online or over the phone.
• Performing primary care duties remotely
• Follow all privacy policies and maintain the confidentiality of protected health information.
• Assist patients throughout the day as needed.
• Complete tasks that are assigned to you
• Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Certified Medical Assistant or similar certification.
• Demonstrates excellent active listening, written, verbal communication skills.
• Demonstrates excellent organizational and time management skills.
  
• Possesses outstanding problem solving skills.
• Possesses superior time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines.
• Willingness to ask questions to speed on-the-job learning.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Responds positively to change, showing willingness to learn new ways to accomplish tasks.
• Adheres to high standards of personal and professional conduct.
• Electronic Medical Record (EMR) experience a plus.
