Coke Florida is looking for a Lead Warehouse Picker Packer based out of our Winter Haven location. We’re currently looking for 1st shift, working 7:00AM-4:00PM, Monday-Friday.

What You Will Do:

The Lead Warehouse Picker Packer will oversee the fulfillment of customer orders to ensure the customer delivery process is efficient and accurate.
Role Responsibilities

• Responsible to properly train and lead Warehouse Picker Packers to pick with accuracy and preparing orders to ship
• Accurately pick products according to order, either manually or with electronic scanning devices
• Prepare product for shipping by packing in delivery boxes and/or ensuring packages are packaged properly
• Lifts, stacks, and arranges product on a pallet in preparation for shipment
• Generates labels and prepares paperwork necessary for order shipment
• Responsible for the accuracy of orders and pick tickets to confirm correct shipping information is attached and moving completed orders to shipping area
• Maintain the warehouse in an orderly and clean state; follow all Company safety procedures; operate all warehouse equipment, perform daily safety inspections prior to first use
• Responsible for troubleshooting and providing immediate preventative and corrective maintenance support to production lines and facilitating change-over
• Troubleshoot equipment problems and perform immediate repairs and preventative maintenance on equipment

Skills and Other Requirements:

• 2+ years work experience in a similar role
• Experience in a Lead role preferred
• Excellent verbal communication skills
• Maintenance background 2 Plus years
• Demonstrated mechanical and technical aptitude
• Basic computer skills
• Ability to follow manufacturers' specifications and schematics
• Must have computer experience
• Must be comfortable using email and shipping systems to generate orders & labels
• Must be able to walk, bend, lift,reach and stoop, and stand for various amounts of time during work shift
• Must be able to repetitively lift 50+lbs
• Strong organizational skills
• Demonstrated attention to detail
• Fill in for other positions as needed
