- Assist healthcare providers with patient examinations and procedures
- Take patient medical histories and record vital signs
- Schedule patient appointments
- Provide patient education and instructions for at-home care
- Maintain a clean and organized medical environment
- Booking testing and procedures per provider instructions
- Checking voicemails throughout the day.
- Prior Authorizations for medications, testing, and diagnostic imaging
- Patient check out
- Triage incoming calls for providers
- Various other duties
