Medical Assistant Responsibilities
Monday-Friday 8 hour shifts, some evenings, some Saturdays (3 hours)
Patient intake history and vitals
Handling the assigned patients from start to finish on the providers schedules
Use existing EMR system, inputting information on patient
Vaccine administration and management understanding
Communicate with providers while on your shift
Speak on the phone and make calls to parents/patients
Learn triage and script protocols
Scanning/Faxing
Handling inquiries for the providers
Other duties as assigned
