Mayfield College - Cathedral City, CA campus is seeking Medical Assistant Instructor to teach, motivate and prepare our students to succeed in their career of choice.
Job Responsibilities
- Teaching, mentoring, motivating, and coaching students in the lab and in the classroom, using company-approved curriculum.
- Participate in various administrative duties such as attending faculty meetings, accurately recording grades and attendance.
Job Requirements and Qualifications
- High School diploma or equivalent required
- Minimum of 3-5 years’ experience as a Medical Assistant, LVN or RN
- Must be a licensed medical professional
- Experience with EKGs, Phlebotomy and Medical Terminology
- Primary Care or Urgent Care Experience
- Front and back office experience
- Prior teaching experience preferred but not required
- Excellent communication, interpersonal and team-building skills
- Computer skills necessary

- RMA/CMA Certification (Preferred)
