MEDICAL ASSISTANT BILINGUAL SPANISH for PULMONOLOGY & INTERNAL MED PRACTICE in Beverly Hills & Inglewood
ABOUT THE POSITION
Check patients in and out upon arrival
Obtaining prior authorizations for procedures such as medical imaging, sleep studies, etc.
Back office duties including injections, EKGs, and blood draws
Answer phones and collect patient information
Handle both Back Office and Front Office duties giving job flexibility 
Room patients taking vitals, documenting medical history and information relating to that day’s visit. 
REQUIREMENTS
MUST be Bilingual Spanish                                                                                                                                                  Must have at least 2 years experience in a medical office
Open-minded to learning new tasks and skills
Must have a positive and upbeat personality
Excellent blood draw skills - preferred
Must have reliable transportation and ability to travel between offices in Beverly Hills and Inglewood
SCHEDULE & COMPENSATION
*90 day probation to permanent position
Full-time 40hrs per week, M-F 9:00AM-5:00PM
M & Thurs - Inglewood Office
Tues, Wed, & Fri - Beverly Hills Office
Competitive pay based on medical experience; $20-25 DOE
